"I came to the area because my son will be going to Marist College. I stayed in room 221. There is a jacooze or something close by. Sounded llike a vacuum cleaner all night. I called front desk to send someone over to look at problem. They said someone would be right there. No one ever came...Bathroom had hair in it. Buffett breakfast included coffee. No coffee was available. No one was tending to the coffee area to see what was needed. I mentioned this to hostess on my way out. She did try to make me a cup to go, but I hadn't time to sit there while she made a pot. Because of her ignorance, she failed to take money off my bill..."

"the heater in the room was not working. It was blowing cool air. The hallways were very cold and the room was cold. We called about the heat. Someone came down right away and tried to fix the problem. He came back later to see if it was working but it was not. He looked for another heater to replace it but this was a very old one and they did not have any to fit. He sent for more blankets for us but the room was still cold. We had children with us who were sleeping on the floor and were cold. Also, the lock on the door did not work. It would be nice to get a refund."
